Okay, so I stumbled upon this “Dawson Ray” thing, and at first, I was like, “What the heck is this?” I’m always up for trying new stuff, especially if it promises some kind of benefit, so I decided to give it a shot. This is how it went down, step by step.

My first step was simple, Find information about “Dawson Ray”.I opened a search engine page to search,then, I started reading. I skimmed through some articles, and watched a couple of videos. It seemed pretty straightforward.
Getting Started: The Actual Practice
So, I decided to give it a go. I find a quiet spot in my house,I set an intention,I closed my eyes. I focused on my breathing for a few minutes, just like I do when I’m meditating. In and out, slow and *,i started my first practice.

Keeping it Up: Consistency is Key
I’ve been trying to do this “Dawson Ray” thing every day, I stick to it even when I’m feeling lazy or *’s been a few weeks now, and I’m starting to feel * is hard to describe, but i feel great.
The Results: What I’ve Noticed
It’s still early days, but I’ve definitely noticed some changes. First off, I feel way more chilled out, and my focus has improved, and my sleep has been amazing. I’m falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer, which is a huge win for me.I think this “Dawson Ray” thing might actually be worth it.
