What Time Is Australia Grand Prix? Everything You Need to Know About Race Start Times!

Must read

Alright, folks, let me tell you about my little adventure today. I’m a huge Formula 1 fan, and I really wanted to know when the Australian Grand Prix was happening.

What Time Is Australia Grand Prix? Everything You Need to Know About Race Start Times!

First, I grabbed my phone and opened up my trusty browser. I typed in “Australian Grand Prix start time” and hit enter. I scrolled through a bunch of search results, and what caught my eye was the date: Sunday, March 24, 2024. Okay, cool, that’s the date.

Then I saw that it was taking place at Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne. I already knew that, but it’s always good to confirm. The time, though, that’s what I was after. And there it was: 3 p.m. local time. Now, that’s 3 p.m. in Melbourne time, and you know I needed to figure out what that meant for me.

Reading further, I found some info about the race being 58 laps long. That’s gonna be an exciting one, for sure! They also mentioned something about watching it in 4K, which is pretty awesome if you’ve got the setup for it. No commercials during the race? Sign me up!

Here’s a quick rundown of what I got:

  • Date: Sunday, March 24, 2024
  • Location: Albert Park Circuit, Melbourne
  • Time: 3 p.m. local time (AEDT)
  • Laps: 58

I noticed they were talking about some other event at the O2 Arena, a two-hour thing starting at 8 p.m. GMT on February 18. Not related, but hey, who knows, might be interesting for some.

So, yeah, that’s how I figured out when the Australian Grand Prix is. It wasn’t rocket science, but it’s always a bit of a hassle with time zones and all that. Now I can plan my Sunday around it. Gonna be a good race, I reckon! Hope you guys can find a way to watch it too!
