Well, that there Cowboys game, everyone wants to know what channel will the Cowboys game be on. That’s what they’s all asking. I hear ’em down at the general store, all that yammering. I don’t know much ’bout these fancy things, but I try to keep up with what the folks are talking about.
So, this Cowboys game, it’s a big deal, I reckon. They play that football, running around and throwing that pigskin. Lots of folks like to watch it on the TV. But you need to know the right channel, see? It ain’t always easy to find the dang thing.
Some folks, they got that fancy cable TV. They got all them channels, more than you can shake a stick at. I hear NBC is where the Cowboys game is at sometimes. I think it is the place to see the Cowboys vs. Buccaneers. They call it “Sunday Night Football”, like it’s some kinda special thing, I guess. I reckon that’s one place to look if you want to see that Cowboys game.
But there’s more to it than just that, I hear. They got these newfangled ways of watching, these streaming things. I don’t rightly understand it all, but my grandkids, they’re always on their phones watching stuff. They say you can watch it on your phone, even! Imagine that.
- They talk about Peacock. Sounds like a bird, don’t it? But it ain’t a bird, it’s one of them streaming things where you can see that Cowboys game. That’s what they say, anyway.
- Then there’s Fubo TV. I don’t know what a Fubo is, but apparently, it’s got that Cowboys game, too.
- And DirecTV. That sounds real important, like it’s direct from somewhere important. Maybe it is. They say you can watch the Cowboys there, too.
So, you got your regular TV, and you got these streaming things. It’s all a bit much for me, to be honest. I just like to sit on my porch and watch the sun go down. But if you’re into that football, that Cowboys game, you gotta figure out where to find it.
They say the game starts around 8:20 p.m. ET. Don’t ask me what ET means. Maybe it’s a time zone or somethin’. But that’s when they start running around and throwing that ball. Before that, at 7 p.m. ET, there’s some other show, “Football Night in America”. I guess they talk about the game before it starts. Like I said, all too much for me.
Now, if you’re really serious about watching the Dallas Cowboys, you gotta know the schedule. That’s like a calendar, but it tells you when all the games are. You gotta know when they’re playing at home and when they’re playing somewhere else. Home games are the best, I reckon. Less traveling.
It’s a lot to keep track of, ain’t it? All these channels and streaming things and schedules. Back in my day, we didn’t have all this. We just had a radio, and sometimes we’d listen to the game on that. But times change, I suppose.

This whole thing is just a bunch of fuss if you ask me. But folks sure do love their football. And that Cowboys team, they sure do get folks riled up. They talk about the odds, the spread, kickoff time, and I don’t know what all. It is hard to keep up with. Just remember the Cowboys vs. Buccaneers, that is the important thing if you are looking for the game. They say Sunday is the day. But what do I know? I just hear things around town.
