Okay, so today I decided to mess around with “warren baseball.” I’d heard some chatter about it online, and it sounded kinda interesting. So, first things first, I gotta figure out what exactly it is.
I started by just Googling “warren baseball.” The results were mixed. I hit up images first.

After I got the basics down, I wanted to see this thing in action. I found some simple examples and typed them in to check it, and it just spit out some numbers. I gotta find a real database.

I spent a good chunk of the afternoon playing with this. I started with some basic stuff, figuring out how to sort things.
Honestly, it was pretty fun! I felt like I was actually uncovering some cool insights, even if it was just messing around with numbers. I definitely see the appeal, and I think I’ll keep poking at this in my spare time. It’s like a puzzle, and I’m always up for a good challenge. Maybe tomorrow I’ll try to visualize some of this stuff, make some charts or something. We’ll see!
