Finding the Sweet Spots
- East Harmon Zone: Sounds like the go-to for grandstand tickets. I jotted that down immediately.
- VIP Paddock Zone: If I were a millionaire, maybe. For now, it’s just a dream.
- Turns 1 and 2: Apparently, the place to be for the first lap madness. I can just picture the cars jostling for position.
- Pit Stop Rejoin: Also a smart spot since that’s where the cars come back out after their pit stops. Strategy central, right?
I even stumbled upon this 360-degree onboard video that takes you around the whole track. Watching that was a trip—it really gives you a feel for what the drivers will be up against. It’s one thing to read about it and another to see it, even if it’s just virtually.
After all this digging, I decided I had to see it for myself. So, I booked a trip to Vegas. Walking around, getting a feel for the city, it all started to click. You can almost hear the roar of the engines already. I walked the parts of the track that were open, imagining race day. It’s going to be wild, seeing those cars fly by in a place I usually associate with casinos and shows.
