Alright, folks, gather ’round, gather ’round! Today, I’m gonna share my little adventure with figuring out the truck racing schedule. You know, it’s one of those things that seems simple on the surface, but once you get into it, it’s a whole different ball game.
So, I started out where everyone starts these days – the good ol’ internet. I typed in “truck racing schedule” and boom, a ton of stuff popped up. At first, I was like, “Oh, this is gonna be easy peasy.” But boy, was I wrong!
Digging into the Schedule
I started clicking around, trying to make sense of it all. There’s this race in February, the NASCAR Truck Series at Daytona. Sounds important, right? It’s on FS1, which is easy enough to find on the TV. They even have the starting grid and race results all laid out. Nice and organized, I thought.

- Found the Daytona race, which seemed like a big deal.
- Noted the channel (FS1) and that they had results posted.
Then I found another page that said it had the “full Truck Series schedule” for 2024. This is what I was looking for! It listed start times and TV networks. Perfect, I thought, this is exactly what I need. I started jotting down the dates and times, feeling pretty good about my progress.
More and More Information
But as I kept going, I found more and more information. Different sites had slightly different schedules. Some had races that others didn’t. It was like, the more I looked, the more confusing it got. I mean, there’s this one site talking about the “2024 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN TRUCK SERIES SCHEDULE,” with dates and networks, but then it mentions some venue in Mexico for January. What’s that all about?
- Found a “full schedule” with dates and times.
- Started to write it all down.
- Noticed different sites had different info – some races were missing on others.
I kept at it, though. I’m not one to give up easily. I stumbled upon another page that mentioned something about the “NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Championship Race” being on FOX Sports 1. Okay, so now we’re talking about the championship. That’s definitely something I wanna keep an eye on.
Putting It All Together
After a while, I had a bunch of notes scribbled down, a mix of dates, times, and TV channels. It wasn’t pretty, but it was a start. I decided to put it all into a simple table, just to make it easier to read. I listed the date, the race name, the TV network, and any other notes I had.

I could finally see when the races were, what channels they were on, and even some extra info about specific races.
