Tit Punches: Learn the secrets and best practices now!

My Tit Punching Adventure

Alright, so I gotta tell you about this “tit punches” thing I tried out. I know, the name’s kinda wild, but hear me out. I stumbled across it on some forum, and it was supposed to be a killer chest workout. Naturally, I was curious.

First things first, I warmed up like crazy. Didn’t wanna pull anything stupid. I started with some arm circles, then did some light push-ups, just to get the blood flowing. Can’t skip the warm up, that’s just asking for trouble.

Next, I grabbed a pair of dumbbells. Started light, around 15 pounds each. The idea is you lie on your back, feet flat on the floor, and you bring the dumbbells down towards your chest, but instead of stopping right above your chest like a normal press, you kinda “punch” them together right at your sternum.

The first few reps felt super weird. I felt like I was gonna drop the weights on my face. The key is to control the dumbbells on the way down, then explode up and in. It’s a smaller range of motion than a regular bench press, so you gotta squeeze your chest muscles hard at the top.

I did three sets of 12 reps with the 15-pounders. Honestly, it didn’t feel like much. So, I bumped it up to 20 pounds each. That was a different story.

With the 20s, I could really feel the burn. It’s not just your pecs, it hits your inner chest and triceps too. I focused on keeping my elbows in, which seemed to help target my chest more. I did another three sets of 10 reps with the 20s, and by the last set, my chest was screaming.

After that, I dropped back down to the 15s and did a final set of 15 reps, just to really pump it out. I tell you what, my chest felt like it was gonna explode.

Cool down was key, so I stretched out my chest, shoulders, and triceps. Held each stretch for about 30 seconds. Made sure to breathe deep and relax.

Overall, the “tit punches” were a surprisingly effective chest workout. It’s definitely something I’m gonna incorporate into my routine. It’s a nice change of pace from the usual bench press and dumbbell flyes. But word to the wise, start light and focus on your form. You don’t wanna hurt yourself trying to get a bigger chest.

The next day, my chest was sore as hell, which is always a good sign! So yeah, that’s my “tit punches” experience. Give it a try and let me know what you think! But, you know, maybe call it something else, like “close-grip dumbbell chest press” or something.
