So, the other day I got this itch to play some mini golf. I mean, who doesn’t love a good round of putt-putt? But instead of heading to the local course, I thought, “Why not try something different?” That’s when I remembered Mini Golf Tiger Woods – I’d seen it online and figured it was time to give it a whirl.

First, I dug out my old clubs. Okay, they weren’t real golf clubs, more like those plastic ones you get in a kids’ set. But hey, they work! Then I needed a “course.” My backyard is pretty small, so I got creative.
Building My Course
- I used some old cardboard boxes to make ramps and tunnels.
- Grabbed a few flower pots to act as obstacles.
- Even threw in a garden gnome for good measure (he became the “18th hole”).
It wasn’t exactly Augusta National, but it was my course. I spent a good hour setting everything up, tweaking angles, and making sure the “greens” (aka my patchy lawn) were somewhat smooth.
Then came the “Tiger Woods” part. I don’t have his swing, obviously, but I did my best to channel his focus. I lined up each shot, took a deep breath, and tried to putt with some serious (but miniature) power.
Let me tell you, it was way harder than it looked! The cardboard ramps were surprisingly tricky, and the flower pots were like bunkers of doom. My “scorecard” (a scrap of paper) was not pretty. I think I ended up with something like a +20, but who’s counting, right?
The garden gnome, though? That was my proudest moment. I managed to sink a putt right next to him on my last shot. It felt like winning the Masters, even if it was just in my backyard.

So, yeah, my Mini Golf Tiger Woods experience wasn’t exactly professional, but it was a blast. I got some exercise, had a few laughs, and created some silly memories. It’s a great thing and it made my day, and definitely recommend giving it a try, even if you’re not a golf pro. Just grab some random stuff, use your imagination, and have some fun!
