Getting Started

So, I started by digging up everything I could find online. I watched tons of videos, read some articles, and even found some old-school forums where people were discussing their training regimes.

Trying It Out

Now, watching and reading is one thing, but I wanted to get a feel for it myself. I found a local gym that offered Muay Thai classes. I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous walking in on the first day. Everyone looked so fit and serious, and I felt like a total newbie. But hey, everyone starts somewhere, right?

What I’ve Learned

This whole experience has been quite a ride. It’s not just about learning how to fight; it’s about discipline, respect, and pushing yourself beyond your limits.
