Okay, so I’ve been digging into Persona 3 Reload lately, and let me tell you, getting Samael has been a trip. I heard a lot of talk about this Persona, so I figured, why not give it a shot? Turns out, it’s not as simple as just waltzing into the Velvet Room and saying, “Hey, I want that one.”
First off, I had to get my head around this whole fusion system. It’s like, you gotta combine different Personas to make new ones, and it’s not always obvious which ones you need. I spent a good chunk of time just experimenting, throwing different Personas together to see what I’d get. I felt like a mad scientist, mixing random stuff in a lab, hoping for a breakthrough. Lots of trial and error, let me tell you.
Then there was the whole deal with unlocking the Monad door on floor 255 of Tartarus. That place is a grind, let me tell you. Floor after floor of Shadows, mini-bosses, the whole nine yards. I had to level up my party like crazy, making sure everyone was pulling their weight. There were times I thought I’d never make it, especially when I ran into those tougher enemies. I must have use my items a lot. I also had to learn a lot of strategies to beat the enemies.
And don’t even get me started on the Reaper. That guy is no joke. You gotta beat him to even get a chance at Samael, and let me just say, he’s a tough cookie. I had to do a ton of research online, reading forums, and watching videos to figure out the best way to take him down. People were talking about using this “Enduring Soul” thing, and how it doesn’t stack with “Endure,” so I had to be careful about that. Some people said that I should get a fortune buff from the club and START FROM 1 when I enter Tartarus. I didn’t do that and I still made it. I believe you can do it without doing that.
The Priestess was a headache, too. No weaknesses, reflects ice – it was like the game was just messing with me at that point. I remember switching my party around, trying different combinations of attacks and healers, until I finally found something that worked. After all of these, I finally got to the Merciless Judge. That guy was tough and the battle was long, but I finally beat him, thanks God!
Finally Got It!
After all that, I finally managed to fuse Samael. It felt like a huge accomplishment, like I’d finally cracked some secret code. This Persona is strong, that’s for sure. I’m still figuring out the best way to use him, but it’s been fun experimenting with different skills and strategies. If you’re thinking about trying to get Samael in Persona 3 Reload, just be prepared for a challenge. It’s not easy, but it’s definitely rewarding.
