Alright, so I wanted to dig into Ronaldo’s performance back in 2016. It was a pretty big year for him, so I figured it’d be cool to see what all the fuss was about.
First, I started by gathering some data. I mean, you can’t really analyze anything without some cold, hard facts, right? So I went on a hunt for match statistics, articles, and maybe some video highlights from that year.
The Process
- Checked out some football stats websites. These places usually have tons of information on goals, assists, games played, all that good stuff.
- Dug through some old news articles. I wanted to get a feel for the narrative around Ronaldo at the time. What were people saying about him? What were the big stories?
- Watched a bunch of YouTube videos. Gotta see the man in action, right? Highlights, full matches, whatever I could find.
I watched some highlights.
Spent a good chunk of time just watching him play. Goals, celebrations, skills, the way interacts with the teammates.
After gathering everything, I started piecing it together. I was looking for patterns, trends, anything that stood out. Was he scoring more in certain competitions? Was his playing style different from other years? All that stuff.
