Okay, so, today I decided to mess around with “osu! homecoming car crash.” Yeah, sounds wild, right? I started by, you know, just getting the game running. That part was easy.

The Setup
First things first, I had to dig around to find some of the older versions of osu! since Homecoming is kind of like a classic version. Finally I got it installed.
The Crash Part
- Downloaded a bunch of beatmaps: I grabbed a ton, figuring more is better. Old ones, new ones, you name it.
- Started playing: I went through a few songs, no problem. Felt pretty good, actually.
- Then, BAM! I tried loading this one really intense map, and the whole thing just froze. Total car crash, just like the name.
The Aftermath
So, after it crashed, I had to restart my computer. A little frustrating, sure, but hey, that’s part of the experiment, right? I tried a couple more maps after that, being a little more careful about which ones I picked. Some worked, some didn’t. It was hit or miss.
Basically, I spent the whole afternoon trying to get the game to crash. Sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t. Totally random, but kind of fun in a weird way. This “osu! homecoming car crash” thing is definitely a good time, even if it is a bit, you know, crashy.
