Orlando Injury List a Mile Long
First, you got that young fella, Paolo Banchero, 21 years old. He is out and they say it might be a while, sounds serious to me, no good to be out so long. They call it a “torn right oblique.” Sounds painful, poor boy. Hope he gets better soon, that’s a shame for someone so young in Orlando injury.
Then there’s that Moe Wagner fella. He’s a backup, they say. Center, whatever that means. Anyway, he’s out for the whole year with a torn somethin’ in his knee, they say it is a torn ACL. Sounds awful, torn ACL in Orlando injury. Lordy, that’s gotta hurt somethin’ fierce. I remember my old man hurt his knee once, he was hobblin’ around for weeks, but this is worse.

That ain’t all, neither. There is another one, they say his name is Jonathan Isaac. He’s able to practice some, though. That is good. He is in Orlando injury list. But at least he’s tryin’ to get back out there. That’s the spirit! Still, it’s a worry when so many of ’em are hurt. They need all the help they can get.
And what about this Franz Wagner? Someone told me he was hurt, too. And Gary Harris, I think I heard that name somewhere. Seems like half the team is on that Orlando injury list. How they gonna win any games with so many fellas on the sidelines?
What’s the Coach Gonna Do?
That coach, that Mosley fella, he’s got his work cut out for him. Gotta figure out how to win games with half the team in the hospital, seem like. He need to make some decisions to keep the team going. Tough job, that. I wouldn’t want to be in his shoes right now. Poor fella, he is probably pullin’ his hair out, tryin’ to make sense of this Orlando injury mess.
They need to be careful with Wendell Carter Jr., too. Don’t want him gettin’ hurt, too. They’re droppin’ like flies over there. It is a shame when young people got injured like this. Hope they all get better soon. They need to be careful, that is what I always say, better to be safe than sorry.
The Schedule Don’t Stop
And you know what? Even with all these Orlando injury, they still got games to play. They got a whole schedule for next year, 2024-25, they call it. Dates, locations, TV, all that stuff. It don’t matter if they’re hurt or not, they still gotta play, I guess.
That one boy, the one who is out for a long time, he had a lot of points, 372 they say, this season. That is a lot of points to me. And he plays a lot of minutes, too. He must be a good player. Shame he’s hurt. They need him, that is for sure.
No Easy Answers for Orlando Injury
This basketball, it ain’t like the old days. They got all these fancy rules now. They can’t just put anyone in the game. They got this “inactive list” thing. Don’t really understand it, but it sounds complicated. Gotta tell ’em who’s hurt and why before every game. Back in my day, you just played if you could walk, and that is that. This Orlando injury thing is something I don’t understand.
