Okay, so I’ve been playing a TON of Disney Dreamlight Valley lately. It’s like, my new obsession. And I’ve been on this HUGE quest to catch every single fish, you know, for the collection and all that. The Lancetfish… man, that one was a pain.
I started by, like, hitting up every fishing spot I could find. I figured, more fishing, more chances, right? I made sure I had a bunch of bait, and I just went at it. I fished in the Forgotten Lands, ’cause that’s where I heard they hang out. Mostly, I just kept getting the same old common fish. Super frustrating!
Forgotten Lands Spots
I looked for those bubbly spots in the water. You see ’em, right? The ones that tell you there’s fish there. First I tried all normal spots, then I move to blue spots, no luck at all.
- Normal Spots:Got a lot of common fish, and some not so common.
- Blue Spots:Nothing! I was losing my hope.
Then, after like, hours, I decided to focus on the orange/gold spots, cause someone told me those are rarer spawns. Finally! When I saw it, I try my best to hit the perfect timing, and…
BAM! I finally caught one. I was so stoked! It was seriously a grind, though. You have to wait the gold spots, and catch other fish to help gold spots refresh.
My biggest tip? Be patient, and just keep fishing those orange spots in the Forgotten Lands. It takes time, but you’ll get that Lancetfish eventually. Good luck, and happy fishing!
