Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Rhett Warner” name pop up all over my socials, and I finally decided to figure out what the hype was about. Seriously, I had zero clue, but I’m all about trying new things, especially if it might, you know, make my life a little easier or more interesting.

First, I Googled it. I mean, duh, right? That’s step one for everything these days. Typed in “Rhett Warner” and hit enter. The results? Lots of stuff, some confusing, some interesting.
I spent a good chunk of time just scrolling through search results, and the read a couple of articles.
And then? I went and get that PDF that has a lot of people were talking about, it turns out to be some kind of workout/fitness/self-improvement program, or something like that. Seemed a little intense at first, but I figured, why not?
- Downloaded the materials. There were a few PDFs, some videos, the usual stuff.
- Skimmed through the main guide. Okay, I didn’t read every single word, but I got the general idea. Lots of talk about mindset, habits, and, yes, exercise.
- Tried a couple of the “daily practices.” I’m not gonna lie, waking up earlier was rough. But I actually felt… pretty good afterward? Weird.
- Watched some of those videos. Rhett Warner, the guy himself, seemed pretty motivating. Even if he is a bit over the top sometimes.
I Kept at it for about a week. Doing some exercises, that my muscles ached the next day, trying (and sometimes failing) to stick to the recommended routines. And you know what? I started to see what all the fuss was about.
After keeping this for a while, It’s not some magic bullet, but it’s definitely made me think differently about how I approach my day. I’m feeling a bit more focused, a bit more energetic, and maybe even a little bit more… optimistic? Is that the right word? I don’t know, but it’s something.

So, yeah, that’s my “Rhett Warner” experiment so far. Still figuring it all out, still adapting it to my own life, but it’s been a surprisingly positive experience. Maybe I’ll keep you guys updated if I stick with it. Who knows, maybe I’ll even become one of those super-productive, early-rising people. Stranger things have happened!
