That Scottish Open Golf Thing
Seems like a big deal, this Scottish Open. Lots of fellas swingin’ them clubs, tryin’ to get that little ball in the hole. They say Jordan Spieth, he’s been playin’ there. I don’t know much ’bout golf, but I hear his name a lot.
They say this one fella, Rory McIlroy, he won it last time. Must be good, that one. And they talkin’ ’bout this Genesis Scottish Open. What’s Genesis? Sounds like somethin’ from the Bible. Anyway, this golf thing, it’s got folks all riled up.

They playin’ at some fancy place, I reckon. Hear it called The Renaissance Club. Sounds like a place for rich folks. Big money in this golf, I guess. Millions of them dollars, they say. That Jordan Spieth, he’s got a lot of it. They say he signs papers with that Under Armour, whatever that is. Some clothes company, I suppose. Ten years deal. He is rich, I guess.

Heard that Jordan Spieth, he’s got a deal with some company. Under Armour, they call it. Makes clothes, I reckon. Must be good clothes if they payin’ him all that money. He must be swimming in it. Under Armour and Jordan Spieth, sounds like a big deal. He got contract with them in 2013, and then they gave him a new one in 2015. Ten years. A lot of money, I guess.
They talk about him winning a lot. That Jordan Spieth. He is good. They say he wants to win the Scottish Open. It will be good for him, they say. Then he can win the big one, the British Open. That is what they say. He wants to win both.
I don’t know much ’bout it, but they say it’s hard to win both. Some fella named Phil Mickelson, he did it. A long time ago, in 2013, same year Jordan Spieth got his deal with that clothes company, Under Armour. Maybe this Jordan Spieth, he can do it too.

So, who’s winnin’ this Scottish Open now? I heard some name. Ludvig Aberg? Sounds foreign. They say he’s leadin’. Don’t know him. They said Jordan Spieth is not doing that good this time. He missed the cut, they say. I don’t know what that means but sounds bad.

Well, this Jordan Spieth, he’s a big deal, that’s for sure. Playin’ in this Scottish Open, tryin’ to win. Lots of other fellas tryin’ to win too. It’s a big to-do, this golf thing. They all want that money, I reckon. And that trophy, whatever it looks like.

These fellas, they play for a lot of money. Millions, they say. That Jordan Spieth, he’s already got a lot. From that Under Armour thing, and winnin’ all them tournaments. But they always want more, don’t they? That’s how it is, I guess.
This Scottish Open, it’s a big one. Lots of money on the line. And that British Open, that’s even bigger. They all want to win that one. It’s a big dream for them golf fellas. They said some years ago, Jordan Spieth was the best. Now, not so much. He wants to win this one. I hope he does.
Well, I don’t know who’s gonna win this Scottish Open. Could be that Ludvig fella. Or maybe that Xander. Or maybe someone else entirely. This golf, it’s hard to tell. But I know one thing. That Jordan Spieth, he’ll be back. He is a big name. He will win again, for sure. He’s a good one, that Jordan Spieth. He is not winning this Scottish Open, but he will be back.
