Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Johnny Campbell” thing popping up all over, and I figured I’d give it a shot. Honestly, I didn’t really know what to expect, I just saw a cool name and thought, “Why not?”
First, I Googled it. Just a simple search to see what would come up. I got some hits – turns out, it is about an off-road racer. My searching began.
My Process of Trying to Figure This Out
I started with a clean slate. I mean, I literally knew nothing. My first step? Watching videos. Yep, just straight-up watched a bunch of videos. I typed “Johnny Campbell” into the search bar and…boom. A ton of stuff appeared.
- I watched some basic introductory videos. Just to, you know, get a feel for the whole concept.
- Then, I dug a little deeper. I found some more in-depth stuff that explained more.
- I even stumbled across some forum discussions. Those were…interesting. Lots of opinions, that’s for sure.
After getting a basic handle on things, I decided to try and replicate some of what I saw.I just grabbed paper and started writing. I mean, why not? It’s not like I had anything to lose.
It was…messy. Like, really messy. My first few attempts were terrible. But, you know what? I kept at it. I tweaked things here and there. I erased a lot. I started over a few times. Slowly, very slowly, things started to click.
I realized that I needed to be more organized. So, I broke things down into smaller steps. I focused on one thing at a time. And, most importantly, I practiced. A lot.
Finally, after all that trial and error, I managed to get something that I was, well, not completely embarrassed by. It wasn’t perfect, not by a long shot. But it was something. And that was enough for me, for now.
I learned so much on this. I mean, the research alone was a deep dive, and then applying it? Another story entirely. I’m definitely going to keep exploring this, it’s kinda addictive.
