Man, watching the Mavericks game is something I look forward to every time they play. It has become quite the routine for me, and I’ve got it down to a science now. Let me tell you how I usually go about it.
First things first, I check the date of the game. It’s usually on my calendar, but I double-check to make sure I don’t miss it. Once I know when the game is, I start thinking about how I’m gonna watch it. Now, there’s a new way to watch that I’ve been trying out, and it’s called MavsTV. Yeah, the team launched their own streaming thing, and it’s pretty neat.
So, I sign up for MavsTV. It’s not free, mind you. You gotta pay either monthly or for the whole season. I went with the monthly option, just to test the waters. But here’s the kicker—you can only use it if you’re in the Dallas area. They’re pretty strict about that. I make sure to confirm my zip code to be in that region so I can watch it.
Once I’m subscribed, I can watch the games live, which is awesome. And if I miss the live game, they have past games and highlights on demand. It’s like having a Mavericks library right at my fingertips. I can watch it on my phone, my computer, or even cast it to my TV. Super convenient.
But let’s say you don’t wanna use MavsTV. No problem. There are other ways. Like, I remember back when they were on Bally Sports. Now, most games are on KMPX or WFAA. So, if you’ve got cable or something like Sling, you can catch the games there too. I’ve used those channels a bunch of times when I couldn’t get to a stream.
It all depends on what you’re into. For me, I like the flexibility of MavsTV. I can watch it anywhere, as long as I’m in the right area. Plus, they have some original content that’s pretty cool if you’re a die-hard fan like me.
Anyway, that’s how I usually get my Mavericks fix. It’s a bit of a process, but once you get the hang of it, it’s smooth sailing. And trust me, watching Luka do his thing on the court is always worth it.
Oh, and sometimes I watch their game videos, too. I noticed that Dallas and Los Angeles both have 5 wins in their last 10 games. This data is so amazing that I decided to record it.
