Getting Started with Melissa Rincon
So I kept seeing folks talk about Melissa Rincon everywhere – TikTok, Instagram, tweets blowing up my timeline. Thought, “Alright, gotta figure out how to actually keep up with her stuff without drowning.” Decided to test out some simple ways myself. Grabbed my coffee, opened a fresh notes app doc, and just started clicking around.
Diving into Platform Notifications
First thing first: Instagram. Headed straight to her profile. Big blue “Follow” button stared back, easy peasy. Clicked it. But that’s boring, right? Everyone does that. So I poked the little bell icon next to it. Boom! Popup. “Posts,” “Stories,” “Reels,” and “Live Videos.” Switched them all on.
Felt a bit too trigger-happy. Realized stories come in quick fire. Might regret that notification avalanche later. Whatever – clicked “Confirm” anyway. Testing phase, right?

What I Turned On:
- Posts: Get pinged for every grid post.
- Stories: Notification every time she shares something temporary.
- Reels: Alert for her short videos.
- Live Videos: Pinged when she goes live.
Twitter’s Annoying Dance
Wandered over to Twitter. Found her profile. Follow button? Done in a flash. But finding the notification bell was another story. It wasn’t huge like Insta. Tiny little bell hiding near the follow button. Had to hover my mouse like I was defusing a bomb. Clicked it anyway. Ticked “All Tweets” and “Notifications.” Twitter promised I’d get an alert for literally anything she posts now.
Felt skeptical. Twitter notifications can be total garbage sometimes. Decided to just roll with it for now.
YouTube – Sub & Smash That Bell
YouTube was dead simple. Found her channel. Big red “Subscribe” button – smashed it immediately. Then noticed the little bell next to it. Clicked that thing hard too. YouTube asked how nuts I wanted to go:
- “All” (every single upload)
- “Personalized” (YouTube decides… meh)
Went for “All.” No compromises today!
The Sneaky Save & List Trick
Saw someone mention this trick. Went back to Instagram. Opened her profile. Started scrolling her feed. Found a cool post. Hit the little bookmark icon under it – “Save.” Instagram asked, “Save to where?” Made a brand new collection called “Melissa Rincon Updates.” Saved that post there.
Tested it again with another post – saved right into that same collection. Now I got a dedicated mini-feed of her stuff I really care about. Felt kinda smart. Simple trick, big payoff.
Wrapping It Up – RSS? Yeah, Nah.
Thought about RSS feeds. Went looking around her profiles and website. Couldn’t find a legit feed link quickly. Most platforms don’t make RSS easy anymore. Said “screw it” and gave up on that. The notification spam plus the dedicated save list should do the trick.
Result? My phone is now buzzing with every single thing Melissa Rincon does on Insta, Twitter, and YouTube. Might dial back the Twitter alerts later. The Insta save list? That’s solid gold. Felt like a little effort went a long way. No magic tools, just using what’s built-in. Done.
