Find All Wukong Missable Items: Essential Guide for gamers.

Must read

Alright, so I’ve been diving deep into this “Wukong” game lately, and let me tell you, the amount of stuff you can miss is CRAZY. I’m the type of player who likes to 100% things, so I figured I’d start keeping track of all the easily-missed items, quests, and whatever else. It’s been a JOURNEY, so here’s how it’s gone down so far.

Getting Started: The Fear of Missing Out

First thing I did? Started a fresh game. Yep, I wanted a clean slate to document everything. I knew from some forum posts that people were already finding missable stuff, so I went in with the mindset of “check every corner, talk to everyone, and save often.” Sounds simple, right? It’s NOT.

Early Game Shenanigans

The early game is where I noticed a lot of small things. For example:

  • Hidden Chests: These things are EVERYWHERE. Behind waterfalls, tucked away in bushes… you name it. I started developing a sixth sense for suspicious-looking rocks. Seriously, if a rock looks even slightly out of place, I’m smashing it.
  • NPC Conversations: Some characters will only give you a quest or a hint if you talk to them at a specific time of day, or after completing a certain main quest. I started keeping a notebook (yes, a real-life notebook) to jot down who I talked to and when.

I used to have to explore every inch of the area before it felt “safe” to move on. It was slow going, but I was determined.

Mid-Game Madness

As I got further into the game, the missable content got trickier. There are entire side quests that can disappear if you progress the main story too far. It’s brutal!

Here’s what I had to do:

  • Backtracking. A lot of backtracking.
  • Creating manual save files that I can load at any time.
  • Making a separate save file, which is important.

The Current State of Things

I’m still working my way through the game, and my list of missable content is growing by the day. It’s a bit of a mess, to be honest, but it’s MY mess. I’m considering putting everything into a spreadsheet to make it more organized, but for now, my handwritten notes and multiple save files are doing the trick.

I’ve accepted that I’m probably going to miss something, but I’m doing my best. It’s a fun challenge, in a masochistic sort of way. If you’re also a completionist, I feel your pain! Just remember to save often, explore everything, and don’t be afraid to backtrack. Good luck out there!
