Felipe dos Santos UFC Record: Wins, Losses, and More!

Must read

So, today I was really curious about Felipe dos Santos’s UFC record. It’s something that I’ve been meaning to look into, and I finally got around to it.

Felipe dos Santos UFC Record: Wins, Losses, and More!

I started by doing some searches online. You know, just typing in “Felipe dos Santos UFC record” and seeing what popped up. I found a bunch of different websites that had info, but it was all kind of scattered and I wanted to get the full picture in one place.

First, I tried to figure out his overall record. It looks like it’s 8 wins, 2 losses, and 0 no-contests. That’s a pretty good record, to be honest! He’s nicknamed “Lipe Detona”, which sounds pretty cool. Also, I saw that he’s 5’7″ tall and fights in a lighter weight class.

Then I wanted to see how he’s done in his recent fights. I found out that his last fight was against Victor Altamirano on February 24th, and he actually won that one! Before that, though, he lost to Manel Kape. It seems like he’s had a bit of a mixed bag lately, but still winning more than he is losing.

I also dug into some of the stats from his fights. Stuff like how many strikes he landed, takedowns, that kind of thing. There were some numbers, like 37 and 40, but honestly, I’m not a huge stats guy, so I didn’t spend too much time on that. Also, one of the sources talked about “S-DEC 3 5:00”. Gosh! Sounds like some kind of code. I know it refers to the way he won a fight and how long it took, but it is not my cup of tea.

I did notice that a lot of people were talking about him being from Brazil. That makes sense, there are so many great fighters from there. Oh, and someone mentioned he was previously undefeated, which is impressive.

Finally, I stumbled upon something about Jeremy Stephens having the most losses in the UFC, with 18. That’s crazy! I guess it shows that even the best fighters lose sometimes. Stephens has fought some big names, like Anthony Pettis, Frankie Edgar, and Max Holloway, so it’s not like he’s losing to just anyone.

Here’s what I found out, organized in a list:

Felipe dos Santos

  • Nickname: Lipe Detona
  • Nationality: Brazil
  • Record: 8-2-0 (1 NC)
  • Height: 5′ 7″
  • Last Fight: Win vs. Victor Altamirano on February 24

Anyway, that’s basically what I did today to learn about Felipe dos Santos’s UFC record. It was fun to do a little research and get a better understanding of his career. I just wanted to share my little adventure with you all!
