This here Fallout New Vegas, I heard the young’uns talking about it. They say it’s some kinda game. I don’t know much about these newfangled things, but the pictures sure are somethin’. Some fellers call it art, Fallout New Vegas art.
They got all sorts of drawin’s, I reckon. Some look like them comic books, others like them fancy paintin’s. All about this Fallout New Vegas, though. I seen one with a feller in a helmet, lookin’ all tough. Reminds me of my grandson, always playin’ soldier. ‘Cept this feller, he’s in a desert, I think. Ain’t no deserts ’round here, just fields and more fields. This Fallout New Vegas art, they say it’s somethin’ special.
And there’s another one, with a lady. Now, she ain’t dressed like no lady I ever seen. More like one of them… them showgirls, you know? But she’s got a gun, bigger than my old shotgun! Must be some kinda dangerous place, this Fallout New Vegas. Still, the picture’s kinda pretty, in a rough sort of way. I reckon that’s why folks like this Fallout New Vegas art.
I seen a few with monsters, too. Big, ugly things, with teeth and claws. One looked like a giant rat, but with horns! Lord have mercy, I wouldn’t want to meet that in a dark alley. Makes me glad we just got regular rats ’round here. Still, the drawin’ was kinda interestin’. Lots of colors, you know? They call that art, I suppose. The young’uns sure are into this Fallout New Vegas art.
They say these pictures, they tell a story. ‘Bout this place called New Vegas, all busted up and dangerous. Sounds like a right mess, if you ask me. But I guess folks like that sort of thing. Makes ’em feel excited, or somethin’. It is all about Fallout New Vegas art.
I don’t rightly understand it, myself. I prefer them pictures of flowers, or maybe a nice landscape. Somethin’ peaceful, you know? But these young’uns, they like all this action and adventure. I guess that is what they put in this Fallout New Vegas art.
They got all these pictures on the computer. They show ’em to me sometimes. “Look, Grandma,” they say, “this is Fallout New Vegas art!” I just nod and smile. Don’t wanna hurt their feelin’s, you know? They’re good kids, even if they do like these strange pictures. This Fallout New Vegas art, it’s a mystery to me, but they sure do like it.

- Lots of guns, that’s for sure.

I guess art’s supposed to make you feel somethin’. And these pictures, they sure do that. Make me feel confused, mostly! But I reckon that’s alright. Everyone’s different, ain’t they? And these young’uns, they got their own way of seein’ things. I suppose this Fallout New Vegas art is part of that.
They even make their own pictures, sometimes. Drawin’s of their favorite characters, they call ’em. From this Fallout New Vegas. They ain’t half bad, either. Maybe they got a little artist in ’em, after all. Just like this Fallout New Vegas art, they are tryin’ to make somethin’.
One of the boys, he showed me a picture he made. A feller with a big hat and a duster, lookin’ all tough. Said it was from Fallout New Vegas. I told him it looked like his grandpa, when he was young. He just laughed. Said I didn’t understand. Maybe I don’t. Maybe you gotta play this game to get it. But it’s nice to see ’em so passionate about somethin’. Even if it is somethin’ as strange as this Fallout New Vegas art.
So, this Fallout New Vegas art, it’s a thing. A big thing, apparently. All over the internet, they say. I don’t know what that means, exactly. But it sounds important. Lots of folks makin’ it, lots of folks lookin’ at it. Must be somethin’ special about it, I reckon. For those that understand it, that is. If you like pictures of deserts and monsters and fellers in helmets, maybe you’ll like it too. It’s all called Fallout New Vegas art.
Me, I’ll stick to my flower pictures. But I’m glad these kids got somethin’ they enjoy. Even if it is a little strange. That’s just the way of the world, I suppose. Always somethin’ new comin’ along.
