Okay, so today I tried to make some burgers. I’m talking about the “evan neal burgers”. I’ve heard people say that it’s so good, so I decided to give it a shot.
First things first, I had to get the beef. It’s the most important thing, you know? I went to the grocery store and got some ground beef. Not the cheapest stuff, but not too fancy either. Just the normal good-quality beef.
Then, I started to make the patties. I just grabbed some beef and shaped them into patties with my hands. Nothing special, just trying to make them look like normal burger patties. I made sure they weren’t too thin or too thick.
- Get the beef from the store.
- Shape the beef into patties.
- Cook the patties in a pan.
After the patties were done, I cooked them in a pan. I put some oil in the pan, waited until it was hot, and then placed the patties in. I cooked them for a few minutes on each side. I wanted them to be cooked through but still a bit juicy.
While the patties were cooking, I got the buns ready. I just used some regular burger buns. I toasted them a bit in the same pan after taking the patties out. This is to make them warm and just a little bit crispy.
Finally, I put everything together. I placed a patty on the bottom bun, added some cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Then I put the top bun on. That’s it! My homemade burgers were ready.
My Thoughts
They turned out pretty good! They were juicy and tasty. Not exactly like the ones from a restaurant, but still good for a homemade burger. I think I did a decent job. Maybe next time I’ll try to add some different toppings or sauces. But for now, I’m pretty happy with how these turned out. It feels good to make something with your own hands, you know?
I mean it’s pretty basic, but still. That’s my burger-making adventure for today. It’s not rocket science, but hey, it was fun.
