So, I’ve been messing around with this game, Honkai: Star Rail, and the new 2.2 update just dropped. I gotta say, it’s pretty sweet! They added a few new areas in Penacony – Dreamflux Reef and Scorchsand Audition Venue, which is where I started my adventure.

My main goal was to hunt down all the Dream Ticker stuff. You know, those little puzzles scattered around the world. I wanted to get that achievement and also the new avatar that they added. Who wouldn’t want to change their avatar to look cooler, right?
I started by exploring every nook and cranny of the new areas. I mean, I literally went through everything. It took some time, but it was kinda fun just wandering around, checking out the scenery and all. I found a couple of these Dream Tickers pretty quickly, but some were hidden really well.
- Exploration: I spent a good chunk of time just exploring. This helped me find the general locations of the Dream Tickers.
- Puzzle Solving: Some of the puzzles were easy, like “move this block here” type stuff. Others were a bit trickier, making me think a bit more.
Then I found this one Dream Ticker that was just stumping me. I tried everything I could think of, but I just couldn’t figure it out. After a few unsuccessful tries, I thought it might be bugged or something, but I kept trying. I thought that it might be a problem with my system.
I remembered a time when I had trouble with a corrupted file on my computer. Every time I tried to replace it with a new one, it kept saying “permission denied”. Even though I disabled user account controls, nothing worked. That was driving me crazy, but eventually I figured it out. Thinking about that, I realized that maybe I need to look at this puzzle in a different way.
So I started looking around the environment for clues, something I might have missed. And bam! There it was – a small, almost hidden switch that I hadn’t noticed before. I flipped it, and the puzzle was solved. I felt like a genius, even though it was probably a pretty simple solution.

My Strategy Breakdown
It took me a while, but I eventually found all the Dream Tickers. It was a good mix of exploration, puzzle-solving, and a little bit of luck, I guess. The new areas are pretty big, so there’s a lot to see and do. Now I got that shiny new achievement and the avatar, feeling pretty good about it.
The whole experience reminded me of those online dream dictionaries I used to look at. You know, the ones where you try to figure out what your weird dreams mean. It’s kinda like solving a puzzle, trying to piece together the meaning from all the random stuff in your dream. Like, “What does it mean if I dream about clocks?” I might as well consult those dream dictionaries to figure out what Dream Ticker means in my dream.
Anyways, that’s my little adventure in Honkai: Star Rail. If you’re playing it, happy hunting with those Dream Tickers! It was a fun challenge, and I’m looking forward to whatever they add next to the game.
