Alright, so I’ve been diving deep into Destiny 2 lately, specifically trying to craft the ultimate Titan build. I’m no expert, but I figured I’d share my journey, bumps and all, in case it helps any fellow Guardians out there.

The Starting Point: Total Mayhem
First things first, I knew I wanted a build that was just pure, unadulterated chaos. I wanted to be in the thick of it, punching everything in sight, and generally making life miserable for the enemy team. You know, standard Titan stuff.
Experimenting with Exotics
I started messing around with different Exotics. I tried:
- The Hallowfire Heart: Look, this is great when you have a super, and is great for general PVE.
- The Synthoceps: Super popular. and is great for general PVE.
- The One-Eyed Mask: It’s good, really good.
The One-Eyed Mask, oh boy, that thing is a game-changer. Marking targets that damage you, I have tried this with other builds and it works for me.
Subclasses and Abilities: Finding the Sweet Spot
Next up was figuring out which subclass and abilities to roll with. I experimented with all three Light subclasses (Striker, Sentinel, Sunbreaker) and even dabbled in the Stasis subclass (Behemoth).
What I will say is that I will need to try each one, with each of the different Exotics to work out what is best for me and what I want to do.

Mods and Stats: The Nitty-Gritty
Then came the really tedious part – mods and stats. I won’t bore you with every single combination I tried (because honestly, there were a LOT), but I focused on:
- Resilience: Obviously, gotta be tanky as a Titan.
- Recovery: To be honest, its needed.
- Strength/Discipline: To be able to do more.
The Result (For Now)
Okay, so after all that tinkering, I’ve landed on a build that I’m pretty happy with, for now. I must stress that I think, this is just for now. I am going to need to try each one to make sure I get the most out of each build, subclass and Exotic.
So, that’s my Titan build journey so far. It’s definitely a work in progress, and I’m sure I’ll be tweaking and refining it for weeks to come. If you’ve got any tips or suggestions, I will use them.
