So I decided to dive into Call of Duty: Warzone again. Been a while, you know? This time, though, there’s a whole Gundam thing going on. Yeah, giant robots in my war game. Never thought I’d see the day, but here we are.

First thing I did was check out what this “Mobile Suit Gundam” event was all about. Turns out, they’re dropping three special bundles into the game during Season Four. And let me tell you, these aren’t just some lame skins. We’re talking full-on Gundam-themed stuff. The first one I saw was called Tracer. Sounds cool, right?
I jumped into a few matches, trying to get a feel for the new season. They’ve done some tweaks to Urzikstan, which is the map I usually play on. Felt a bit different, had to adjust my usual routes and hiding spots. Some of those changes are actually pretty sweet. There are also a few new weapons I tried, but I’m still getting used to them. I can’t say for sure if they’re good or bad yet.
Then I started hunting for these Gundam items. I figured, if I’m gonna play, might as well look like a giant robot, am I right? It took a few games, but I finally started unlocking some of the rewards. It’s a grind, man. No easy handouts here. You gotta play a bunch and complete certain challenges. I managed to get a few operator skins and weapon blueprints. They look pretty sick, I gotta admit. It’s funny, playing as a soldier and then suddenly, boom, you’re a robot.
Here’s the breakdown of what I did:
- Checked the Patch Notes: I always read these things. Gives you an idea of what’s new and what’s changed.
- Explored Urzikstan: Gotta see the new stuff, right? Plus, I needed to find good spots to ambush people.
- Tried the New Weapons: Seven new ones, apparently. Still figuring them out, though.
- Hunted for Gundam Stuff: This is the main reason I came back, to be honest. Gotta catch ’em all, or something like that.
- Completed Challenges: This is how you unlock the Gundam rewards. It’s a bit of a grind, but worth it.
Honestly, it’s been a wild ride. I didn’t expect to be running around as a Gundam in Call of Duty, but it’s actually pretty fun. Still getting my butt kicked sometimes, but hey, that’s Warzone for you. If you’re a fan of giant robots and shooting people, you might wanna check it out. It’s definitely a different experience.

I’ll keep playing and see what other Gundam goodies I can unlock. Maybe I’ll even get good at using these new weapons. Who knows? Anyway, that’s my experience with the whole Warzone Gundam thing so far. It’s been a blast, literally.
