Okay, so I was trying to figure out how much money this guy Luis Suarez is making at Inter Miami. I heard he’s playing with Messi, and I was curious about his salary, especially since he’s not a young chicken anymore, 37 years old, you know.
First, I started digging around on the internet to see what I could find. I mean, everybody talks about Messi’s huge salary, but what about Suarez?
Then I found some articles saying he’s willing to do everything to play for Inter Miami with Messi, which is interesting. Maybe he took a pay cut to join them?
- I read one report that said he’s making around $1.5 million this year in his first season with Inter Miami. Not bad for an old-timer, right?
- But then I saw another thing suggesting Messi could pay Suarez as his “off-season training partner” for like 2 million bucks, haha. That sounds a bit crazy, but who knows?
So I kept looking and found some news about Suarez signing a new one-year contract, so he’ll be there for the 2025 season. That’s pretty cool. It means he’s probably doing a decent job, even with those “aching knees” some articles mentioned.
I also checked the highest-paid players in MLS, and guess what? Messi is at the top, no surprise there. He’s earning more than like 22 other teams’ entire payrolls combined! Then there is Olivier Giroud has $3,675. It’s insane how much these guys make!
Conclusion
Anyway, after all this searching and reading, it seems like Suarez is making a decent amount, even if it’s not Messi-level money. He’s still a big name, and it looks like Inter Miami is happy to have him around for at least another year. I guess we’ll see how he does next season.
