Boston Celtics and Golden State: Key Players to Watch in the Upcoming Showdown.

Must read

Okay, here’s my blog post about comparing the Boston Celtics and Golden State Warriors, written from a personal, hands-on perspective, using simple language and basic HTML tags:

Boston Celtics and Golden State: Key Players to Watch in the Upcoming Showdown.

So, I got into this whole Celtics vs. Warriors thing today. I wanted to really see, for myself, what the deal was with these two teams. I’ve heard a lot of talk, but I like to dig in and see the details.

First, I started by just watching some games. Not a whole season or anything crazy, just a few recent ones for each team. I wanted to get a feel for how they play, you know? Like, are they fast-paced? Do they shoot a lot of threes? That kind of stuff.

Then, I moved on to looking at some basic stats. I didn’t go super deep, just the main things:

  • Points per game – who scores more?
  • Rebounds – who grabs more boards?
  • Assists – who shares the ball better?
  • Turnovers- who plays better?

I jotted down some notes as I went. Nothing fancy, just observations like, “Celtics seem to drive to the basket a lot” or “Warriors really move the ball well.” Just my impressions, really.

Getting a Little Deeper

After getting a basic feel, I decided to look at a few player-specific things. For example, I checked out Jayson Tatum’s shooting percentages and Steph Curry’s assist numbers. I just wanted to see how some of the star players were performing.I did look at box scores.I look who is more efficient.

Finally, I spent some time just reading some articles and opinions online. But I took those with a grain of salt, you know? I wanted to form my own opinion based on what I saw and I researched.I’ve seen it myself.

It was a fun little project! I didn’t become an expert or anything, but I definitely have a better understanding of the Celtics and Warriors now. And it was cool to do it my way, instead of just listening to other people talk.
