Okay, here is my sharing about bangols roussilon today:

Today, I felt like making something different for dinner, and I remembered this dish called “Bangols Roussilon.” I think I saw it on a cooking show once, or maybe it was a food blog, I can’t recall. It sounded pretty tasty though, so I decided to give it a shot.
First things first, I had to figure out what was actually in it. I hit up Google, typed in “Bangols Roussilon,” and scrolled through a bunch of results. It turns out it’s this dish with egg noodles and some kind of buttery bread crumb topping. Sounded simple enough, right? I jotted down a quick list of ingredients I’d need from a few different websites, just to get a general idea. I wasn’t about to follow any recipe to the letter, I like to do my own thing. Also, I don’t want to have any issues of copyright.
So, I headed to the grocery store and grabbed some egg noodles, butter, bread crumbs, and some other stuff I figured might go well with it. I always like to add my own twist to things, you know? When I got home, I preheated the oven to, like, 375 degrees, just guessing here. Then, I cooked the noodles according to the package. Nothing fancy there.
While the noodles were cooking, I melted a stick of butter in a pan. Yes, a whole stick. Don’t judge me! Then, I tossed in the bread crumbs and stirred them around until they were all buttery and golden. That smelled amazing, let me tell you. I sprinkled in a bit of salt and pepper, and I think I added some garlic powder too. I just like garlic.
Once the noodles were done, I drained them and dumped them into a baking dish. Then, I poured that buttery bread crumb mixture all over the top. I spread it out evenly, or as evenly as I could, and popped the whole thing in the oven.

- Cook egg noodles
- Melt butter in a pan
- Combine bread crumbs and butter
- Add seasonings
- Drain noodles
- Put noodles in baking dish
- Cover noodles with bread crumb mixture
- Bake in oven
I think I baked it for about 20 minutes, maybe 25. I just kept checking on it until the top was nice and crispy. And let me tell you, it looked and smelled fantastic when I took it out of the oven.
I served it up with a simple salad, because you gotta have some greens, right? And honestly, it was pretty darn good! The buttery bread crumbs were all crispy and flavorful, and the noodles were nice and tender. I might have added a bit too much butter, but hey, it was still delicious. I even shared some pictures with my friends, I told them to try it, too.
It wasn’t exactly like the fancy version I’d seen online, but I think I made it my own, and that’s what matters. Maybe next time, I’ll try adding some cheese or maybe some herbs. The possibilities are endless! That’s all about my cooking experience of the day. Hope you like it!
