Okay, so I tried out this thing called “b maia” recently, and I just wanted to scribble down my whole experience with it, start to finish. This is just my personal journey, nothing fancy.

First off, I stumbled upon this “b maia” thing, it sounded interesting enough. I’d seen some posts about it and I was curious. I mean it looked like a coming of age story and I kinda like that stuff. So, I got my hands on it and started diving in.
The Beginning:
- Started the game or whatever you wanna call it. At first it was like any other starting screen. Nothing special but it was easy to get into.
- I was setting up a base. They say it’s a “dark-humored” game. Okay, sounds interesting.
- At the start, I was trying to figure out how to keep my colonists from freezing. It was a bit of a struggle.
Getting into the Thick of It:
- I was building and expanding my base, just trying to keep things running. The game is about setting up a colony, so yeah, that’s what I was doing.
- There’s some kind of story about a person figuring out who they are, about being nonbinary. It’s a personal story, told like a comic book.
- Kept playing, kept building, just trying to get the hang of it. It’s like any other strategy game, you know? You gotta manage stuff.
Wrapping it up:
- So after playing for a while, I got a handle on the basics. Figured out how to not let everyone freeze.
- The story part was interesting, about someone understanding themselves better. It’s a serious topic, but it’s part of the game.
- In the end, it was an okay experience. Not the best thing ever, but it was something to do.
Yeah, so that was my experience with “b maia”. It was a mix of figuring out a game and reading a personal story. It wasn’t too bad, just another thing I tried out. It is kind of a memoir, about growing up and figuring out your place in the world. And, you know, building a base in a game. That’s about it. Nothing groundbreaking, but it filled up some time.
