Well, let me tell you, I heard something about these F1 girls. Sounds fancy, huh? Not like anything we got around here. They say it’s about them fast cars, them Formula 1 things. Used to be, they had these pretty girls standin’ around on the track, all dressed up nice. I reckon they called them “grid girls.”
Them girls, they’d be holdin’ up signs and such. Showin’ off the numbers for the race cars, I guess. They’d be wearin’ clothes with all them fancy names on ’em. Sponsor folks, they call ’em. Big companies payin’ to have their names on the girls’ outfits.
But then I heard they stopped all that. Said it weren’t right anymore. These days, folks are different, you know. They say it don’t fit with the times to have girls just standin’ around lookin’ pretty. Times are changin’, I suppose.
And what I heard is that these girls are racing too, now. It’s called the “F1 Academy.”
- They say it’s just for the girls, not the boys.
- I guess they’re gonna teach ’em how to drive them fast cars.
- And hopefully some of them will drive in F1, just like the guys.
They started this thing last year, in 2023, they say. Sounds like they’re serious about it. Some lady named Susie is runnin’ the whole thing, I hear. She must know a thing or two about them race cars. All them F1 girls will be wearing colors of F1 Teams, so cool!
Now, these girls, they ain’t just startin’ out, mind you. Some of ’em have been drivin’ them cars before. Some of the F1 girls are new, but some are comin’ back for another go. They say there’s gonna be fifteen of ’em this year. Fifteen girls racin’ them cars! Can you imagine?
I heard some girl named Abbi won somethin’ called a title. Must be pretty good to win somethin’ like that. But they say she’s still got a ways to go before she gets to that big Formula 1. It ain’t easy, I reckon.
You know, back in the day, they only had a few girls drivin’ them Formula 1 cars. Five, I think they said. One of ’em was named Maria, an Italian gal. She was the first one, a real pioneer, they call her. She must’ve been somethin’ else, drivin’ them cars with all them men.
It’s a whole different world, ain’t it? These F1 girls, racin’ around, tryin’ to make a name for themselves. It’s excitin’, I guess, even if I don’t understand all of it.
So, they got this new thing, this F1 Academy. And they got all these girls drivin’ them fast cars. It’s a big deal, I suppose. And it’s gonna be on the night race. That’s what they say, anyway.
I don’t know much about these things but I heard people talking about F1 girls. Some say it is good, some say it is not good. They say these F1 girls are good drivers, so they should drive in F1 too. It is fair to let them drive, right? Why only boys can drive, girls can drive too! Some are better than boys!
This F1 Academy, I think it is good. More girls will know how to drive, and they can make money. Good for them to make money, not just staying at home. I hope they can make a lot of money and live a good life.
But those cars, they go so fast. I worry for these F1 girls. It is dangerous, right? They can get hurt. I hope they will be safe and no one gets hurt. They should be careful when they drive. It is good to win, but it is more important to be safe.
I don’t know who will win this year, so many girls now. Last year it is Abbi, this year maybe someone else. They all want to win, that is for sure. It will be fun to watch, I think. All these F1 girls drive so fast, and they are not afraid. Brave girls!
So, this is what I know about these F1 girls. They used to just stand there, lookin’ pretty, but now they’re drivin’ them cars. And they got this school, this Academy, to teach ’em how to do it. It’s all very interestin’, I must say. I think these F1 girls are good and I hope they can all be happy, whether they win or not.
