Well, well, well, look what we got here. A.J. Puk, that name rings a bell. Heard it on the radio the other day. Seems like this fella is making some A.J. Puk news. He’s a baseball player, you know. Throws that little white ball around. They say he’s gonna be a starter now, whatever that means. Used to be a reliever, they said. Sounds like a big deal, I reckon.
This A.J. Puk, he’s a lefty, throws with his left hand. Plays for the Miami Marlins, that’s the team. Heard they’re playin’ the Pirates next, some other team. And get this, they traded him! Sent him to a team in Arizona, the Diamondbacks. Gave up two young fellas for him. One plays infield, other plays outfield. They must think A.J. Puk is pretty good to do that. This trade is the
