Okay, so I was messing around online, trying to find some cool pics of Joel Embiid, you know, for my phone background. I figured, “Hey, I’ll document this – might be fun to share!”

Step 1: Started with a Basic Search
First things first, I opened up my browser and typed in “Joel Embiid photos”. Nothing fancy, just a plain old search to see what would pop up.
Step 2: Refining the Search
The first batch was okay, lots of game shots, some headshots. But I wanted something a bit more…dynamic. So I added some words to my search, like “Joel Embiid dunks” and “Joel Embiid action shots”. This helped narrow things down a bit.
Step 3: Diving into Image Search
Then I clicked on the “Images” tab, because, well, that’s where the pictures are! I started scrolling, looking for anything that caught my eye. There were tons of options, it was almost overwhelming.
Step 4: Filtering by Size (No Tiny Pics!)
One thing I hate is finding a great image, only to realize it’s super small and pixelated. So I used the filter tools (usually it’s something like “Size” or “Resolution”) and selected “Large” or “High Resolution”. This way, I knew I’d get good quality photos.
Step5 : Checking The photos
- I opened photos by turns.
- I looked for the better resolution.
- I choose the style that I like.
Step 6: Saving the Good Stuff
Whenever I found a photo I liked, I right-clicked and saved it to my computer. I made a new folder just for Embiid pics, because organization is key, right?

Step 7: Enjoying the Results!
After about, I don’t know, 20 minutes of searching and saving, I had a pretty solid collection of Embiid photos. I picked my favorite for my background, and now I get to see the big guy every time I unlock my phone! Mission accomplished.
This simple thing gave me joy today, and I hope it does for you too.
