Yo, what’s up, guys! Today, I tried to make something cool, inspired by the G.O.A.T. himself, Michael Jordan. I wanted to capture that iconic “Fly” moment, you know, the one where he’s soaring through the air like he’s got invisible wings. It sounds simple, but it took a lot of process and effort to get it right.

Getting Started
First, I scoured the internet for some good reference images. I mean, you can’t recreate a legendary pose without knowing exactly what it looks like. I looked at some images and found some cool pictures of MJ in mid-air.
The Process
- Finding the pose: Getting the pose just right took the longest time. I watched some videos.
I wanted that perfect balance of power and grace.
- Adding the Background: I went back and forth on the background. Do I keep it simple? Do I add a crowd? In the end, I decided on a more abstract, kinda smoky background to really make the figure pop.
Honestly, the whole thing was a lot of trial and error. I kept making adjustments, moving things around, and tweaking colors until it felt right. And I was keep thinking and moving back and forth to make the best out of it.
The Final Touches
Once I was happy with the main elements, I added some final touches. I was satisfied with the result.
It’s not perfect, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. It was a fun challenge to try and capture a little bit of that Jordan magic.
Let me know what you guys think! Any feedback is appreciated. Peace out!
