Okay, so I’ve been a huge Magic: The Gathering fan for years. Recently, I snagged one of those Secret Lair drops, and you know what the bonus card was? Elesh Norn! But, like, not just any Elesh Norn. This one was special.

First, I ripped open the package. I was so pumped, It felt like christmas. Inside that familiar Secret Lair box, nestled among the other cards, was a small, opaque sleeve. That’s where the bonus card always hides.
I pulled out the sleeve, my heart was beating like a drum, and carefully slid the card out. And there she was, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, but in a Phyrexian language version! It looked so awesome, and I’d seen people online talking about how rare these were, but I wasn’t really sure.
I grabbed my phone and started digging. I scrolled through forums, Reddit posts, and some online stores. It turns out, there are a few different versions of this bonus card. Some folks got a regular Elesh Norn, others got a foil one, and then there’s the Phyrexian language version, which seems to be the most sought-after.
Mine, thankfully, was the Phyrexian version. I was buzzing!.
- Step 1: I got the Secret Lair.
- Step 2: I Opened the box.
- Step 3: I found that bonus card sleeve.
- Step 4: I Checked it out and It was Elesh Norn, in Phyrexian!
- Step 5: I Did some searching on the internet.
- Step 6: I Realized I had a pretty rare version.
It is a nice-looking card, with the art, to display in my collection. Pretty happy with this one!
