From what I gathered, it seems like it was a head injury. They mentioned his helmet got knocked off during the play, which is never a good sign. When your helmet flies off from a hit, you know it’s bad. It’s one of those moments that just makes you cringe.
Honestly, it just reminds you how brutal football can be. One minute you’re watching a game, and the next, a young guy is being stretchered off the field. It puts things in perspective. I’m just glad to hear he’s okay and was able to travel back with his team. That’s the most important thing.
