Harley 883 Price and Specs: Everything You Need to Know Before You Buy!

Must read

Got a Harley 883, and let me tell you, it’s been a ride. So, I picked up this bike, and the first thing I did was just stare at it. It’s a looker, for sure. After that, I hopped on and took it for a spin around the block. Felt good, felt powerful.

Then came the fun part—making it mine. I started tinkering with it, you know, just the small stuff. Changed the oil, swapped out the air filter, the usual. But then I got a bit more adventurous. I decided to change the exhaust. Man, that was a bit of a hassle, but worth it. Sounds mean now.

  • First, got the bike.
  • Then, rode it around.
  • Next, did some basic maintenance.
  • After that, upgraded the exhaust.

Customizing the Ride

After the exhaust, I thought, why stop there? So, I dove into customizing it. I added some new handlebars, which was a bit tricky, but I managed. Then, I threw on some new grips too. Looks way cooler now. And gotta say, it feels better to ride too.

Next up, I tackled the seat. The stock one was okay, but I wanted something more comfortable. So, I found a custom seat online and slapped that on. Took a bit of fiddling to get it to fit right, but now it’s perfect.

Taking It Out

With all those changes, I had to take it out for a proper ride. I hit the road and just cruised. Felt amazing. The sound, the feel, everything. It’s like a whole new bike. People were turning their heads, and I got a few thumbs-ups. Pretty sweet, if you ask me.

So, yeah, that’s my story with the Harley 883. Started with just getting it, then did some maintenance, and ended up customizing the heck out of it. It’s been a blast, and I’m not done yet. There’s always something else to tweak, something else to improve. That’s the fun of it, right?

All in all, it was a heck of an experience, it is not just a motorcycle for the beginner, it needs some skills. And I really enjoy the time with it.

The price is also important, so as of 2024, it is not cheap, but you know what, it is worth it.
