Okay, so I’ve been digging into the Knicks’ future draft picks situation. It’s a bit of a mess to untangle, but I’m starting to get a handle on it. Here’s what I’ve been up to.

The Knicks have been wheeling and dealing like crazy. They traded away Mikal Bridges and Keita Bates-Diop, and apparently got some rights to a guy named Juan Pablo? Who knows. They also picked up Bojan Bogdanovic in a trade with the Nets. There are a bunch of other trades with conditions like “protected top 14” or “protected top 13,” which, honestly, is giving me a headache.
Digging Deeper into Past Trades
I’m trying to make sense of all these past trades to understand where the Knicks might end up in future drafts. It feels like I’m piecing together a puzzle with missing pieces. I’m going through each trade, one by one, and writing down the details. Like, who did they trade? What did they get in return? Are there any conditions on those draft picks?
