Turns out, Turbo Granny is a demon from the Foul race. You gotta beat her in this race to even have a shot at fusing her later. I tracked her down in the Takanawa region – she’s hard to miss, zooming around like a maniac. I chased her, battled her, and finally took her down. It wasn’t easy, she’s fast and packs a punch, but I managed.
Later on, after I unlocked Demon Fusion by taking down the first abscess, I remembered Turbo Granny. I thought, “What if I could make this crazy old lady even stronger?” So, I went to the World of Shadows, ready to experiment. I already recruited a bunch of demons through battles, so my collection was pretty decent.
- First Attempt: I tried fusing Turbo Granny with some random spirits I had lying around. It was a mess. She got some weird skills, but nothing special.
- Second Attempt: I got a bit more strategic. I thought about what makes her unique – her speed. So, I fused her with a demon that had some serious agility boosts. This worked out a bit better, she got faster, but still not quite there.
- Third Time’s the Charm: I remembered reading somewhere that Turbo Granny can become a real monster if fused with the right spirit. I had an Earthbound Spirit Crab in my collection. It was a long shot, but I gave it a try. BAM! The fusion was insane. Turbo Granny transformed into this super-powered, speed demon. It was exactly what I was hoping for!
I spent a good chunk of time just experimenting with different fusions. I even maxed out the stats on a few other demons while I was at it, just to see what would happen. It’s a real grind, but super satisfying when you create something powerful.
So yeah, that’s my Turbo Granny story. It was a wild ride, from chasing her around Tokyo to finally creating the ultimate speed demon. If you’re playing SMT V, definitely give this a try.
