Okay, so I started playing this new game, Nightingale, and it’s been a blast so far. But I’ve run into a bit of a snag. There are these puzzles called “Bastilles of Insight,” and they’re driving me nuts. I just can’t seem to find that last piece!
Basically, the deal is you gotta find these glowing red runes scattered around. When you kick off one of these puzzles, it shows you a bunch of symbols for a sec, then they vanish. Your job is to track down those symbols and light ’em up.
I started by wandering around the structure, eyes peeled for anything that looked like a rune. Found the first one pretty easily, it was just sitting there, glowing away. Got that one activated, no problem.
Then I kept exploring, trying to spot the second one. It took a bit more searching, but I finally found it tucked away in a corner. I activated the second one. Feeling pretty good about myself at this point, I thought I had this in the bag.
But then… nothing. I combed every inch of that place. I mean, I looked everywhere – behind pillars, on the walls, even on the ceiling! But that last rune was nowhere to be found. I spent what felt like hours searching, but it was like it just vanished into thin air. It’s supposed to be three runes, but I’m stuck at two.
I even tried leaving the area and coming back, hoping it would maybe reset or something. No dice. Still missing that one piece. I went in circles, checking the same spots over and over again, thinking maybe I missed something, a hidden nook or something. Nope.
- First step: Find the first rune. It’s usually right out in the open.
- Second step: Hunt down the second rune. This one’s a bit trickier, might need to explore a bit.
- Third step: ??? This is where I’m stuck.
It’s frustrating because I know I’m close. Just one more rune and I can solve this thing and get whatever reward it’s offering. But it’s like the game is messing with me. I’ve activated all the glyphs I can find, I think.
So yeah, that’s where I’m at. Stuck on this puzzle, missing one piece. It’s a real head-scratcher. I guess I’ll keep looking, but man, it’s a pain.
