Okay, so, I’m a huge Timberwolves fan, right? And with the new season coming up, I was like, “Where can I even watch these guys play?” So, I did a bit of digging and figured it all out. Thought I’d share my findings with y’all.

First off, I checked out the local channels. Turns out, KARE 11 is a good bet. You can just get that over-the-air on channel 11, you know, with an antenna and stuff. I also saw it’s on Comcast, DIRECTV, and Dish Network. So, if you have any of those cable deals, you’re probably set.
But I’m more of a streaming guy, you know? So I looked into that. Apparently, DIRECTV STREAM has this Entertainment Sports Pack. Costs around 100 bucks a month, which is, yeah, not cheap. But hey, they have a 5-day free trial! You get ABC, NBA TV, TNT, and ESPN with it, so it’s kind of like the whole package for basketball. I tested that for a couple of days and enjoyed it.
Other Streaming Options
Then, I went on to check out other streaming places. I found out that YouTube TV, Hulu + Live, and Sling TV also have the Timberwolves games. I tried them out, and they seem alright, but you’ll have to check which channels they have to make sure you get all the games. Each one’s got its own thing, so it depends on what you like, you know?
- Tried YouTube TV – seemed okay.
- Checked out Hulu + Live – not bad either.
- Gave Sling TV a shot – it’s an option.
Oh, and I saw something about the Mavericks scoring like crazy. Doesn’t really matter for watching the Wolves, but hey, it’s basketball, right?
Lastly, I did some more digging on the Timberwolves. And it said they won 6 out of their last 10 games against the Spurs. And there was a game on December 15th, 2024, where the Wolves won 106 to 92. And another one back on November 2nd. I don’t remember it but just in case you guys want to have a check.

So yeah, that’s pretty much what I found out. Hopefully, this helps some of you other Timberwolves fans out there. Let’s go Wolves!
