Honestly, it wasn’t about buying fancy specialist stuff. It was about being super picky about fit where my foot is widest, choosing flat soles, and letting my foot move more freely like it does barefoot. Made a world of difference. Feet feel supported but not crushed. Simple tweaks, huge impact.
