Alright, so another Thursday rolled around, you know what that means. Time to see what Rockstar dropped for us this week in Los Santos. First thing I usually do, even before properly logging in sometimes, is check online real quick to see what the buzz is. Saves time booting up if it’s a trash week, right?
Saw the usual posts popping up. New podium car, some discounts, the usual double money stuff. Looked alright, nothing earth-shattering, but enough to make me log in and have a look myself.
Checking it Out In-Game
Fired up the game, loaded into my apartment. First stop, like always, gotta be the Diamond Casino. Gotta get that free spin on the Lucky Wheel. Walked in, place was busy as usual. Got up to the wheel, gave it a good spin. Watched it go round and round… aaaand landed on clothes. Again. Seriously, my wardrobe is overflowing with casino tat. Never win the damn car. Ah well, free is free.
Next up, pulled out the phone, browsed the websites. Checked Legendary Motorsport and Southern San Andreas. What’s on sale? Okay, saw a couple of decent cars with a price cut. Nothing I was desperate for, but noted it down. Maybe grab one later if I feel like it. Then looked at the properties. Saw Maze Bank Foreclosures had discounts on Bunkers this week. That’s pretty good if you’re starting out or wanna move locations.
The Grind Part
Then I looked at the main thing: where’s the money this week? Saw it was double RP and cash on some specific adversary modes. Can’t remember the exact name, one of those team-based things. Also, Gunrunning sell missions were paying double. Now that’s more like it. My bunker was pretty full anyway, so that timed out nicely.
- Logged into my bunker computer.
- Checked my stock levels – yeah, ready to sell.
- Launched a sell mission. Got the Phantom Wedge one, lucky me. Easy drive mostly.
- Got it delivered, saw that lovely doubled cash amount pop up. Nice.
Didn’t bother with the adversary mode. Not really my cup of tea, usually find them a bit chaotic unless you’ve got a solid crew online at the same time. Sticking to the bunker sales seemed like the better plan for me this week.
So yeah, that was my run-through of the GTA weekly update. Did my spin, checked the sales, found the money maker. Pretty standard stuff. The double bunker sales are the main takeaway for me. Gonna try and run a few more of those before next Thursday. Solid week if you’re into the gunrunning biz, otherwise maybe a bit ‘meh’. Just another week in Los Santos, keeping the grind going.
