Okay, so the other day, I got curious about the New York Knicks. Specifically, which of their guys actually made it into the Basketball Hall of Fame. You know, the real big honor.
So, I sat down at my computer. First thing, I just opened up my web browser. Nothing fancy. Then I went to my usual search engine, you know the one.
I typed in something simple, like “New York Knicks players in Hall of Fame”. Hit enter and waited for the results to pop up.
Got a bunch of pages back, naturally. Some sports sites, some blog posts, the usual mix. I decided to look for something that seemed kinda official, maybe the Hall of Fame’s own site or the NBA’s site. Seemed like the safest bet for accurate info.
Clicked on one that looked promising. Started scrolling through the page. They had lists, articles, all sorts of stuff. I was just looking for a straightforward list of names associated with the Knicks.
Finding the Names
It took a little digging, actually. Some lists weren’t clear if the player was inducted as a Knick or just played for them for a bit. That was the tricky part. I wanted the guys really known for their time in New York.

It wasn’t super complicated, mostly just took a bit of reading and comparing lists I found online. Pretty straightforward process once I focused on finding reliable sources. Felt good to refresh my memory on those legends. It’s quite a list when you see them all together. Makes you think about the history of the team.
