This here Yamaha YZF-R6, they call it the 2006 model. It sure is somethin’. I seen pictures, and my oh my, it’s a looker. Red and white, like a candy cane, but I bet it goes a heck of a lot faster.

Well, this old gal don’t know much about racetracks, but I know a fast machine when I see one. And this one, it looks fast just standin’ still. Light, they call it. Yeah, light on its feet, I bet.

Course, they say how fast it goes depends on how big you are and what the weather’s like. Makes sense, I reckon. A bigger fella like my grandson, Billy, he might slow it down a bit. And if it’s rainin’ cats and dogs, well, you probably shouldn’t be goin’ that fast anyway.
Fancy Suspenders and Brakes
This r6 raven 2006, it ain’t just about speed, though. They say it’s got suspension that’s adjustable four ways. Sounds like somethin’ out of a space movie. I guess that means you can make it ride just how you like it, soft or hard, like an old mattress.

They say the chassis, that’s the frame, I think, and the suspension come straight from Yamaha’s MotoGP racing program. Sounds like some kinda fancy race they have. Must be pretty special if they’re puttin’ that stuff on this 2006 Yamaha R6.
