Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Jade Soto” thing popping up all over my feeds, and I finally decided to give it a shot. Honestly, I had no clue what to expect, just saw some cool-looking results, figured “why not?”
Getting Started
First, I had to find it. Just did a quick search and, yep, there it was. Downloaded and installed, no biggie. The interface was pretty simple, which I liked. I’m not one for super complicated setups.
My First Try
I loaded in a photo – just a random one of my dog, to be honest. I started messing with the settings, and, well, it was a bit of trial and error. There are, like, a ton of options! I spent a good while just clicking around and seeing what each slider did. Some of the effects were kinda crazy, others were more subtle.
- Increased the “clarity” – made things look sharper.
- Played with the “color balance” – ended up with a cool, vintage vibe.
- Added a bit of “grain” – gave it that old-school film look.
It took a bit of tweaking to get something I liked. Honestly, my first few attempts were… not great. But hey, that’s part of the fun, right?
Experimenting More
After I got the hang of the basics, I started experimenting with different types of photos. I tried a landscape shot, a portrait, even a picture of my lunch! It was actually really interesting to see how the same settings could have such different effects depending on the image.
I got a little obssessed and i have to say, and spent hours to get the results I wanted. It was a real learning experience!
The Results
I’m still a beginner, for sure, but I’m pretty happy with what I’ve managed to create so far. I’ve even shared a few of my edited photos online, and people seem to like them! It’s definitely something I’ll keep playing around with.
It is not that hard, anyone can do it. I think I am going to continue.
