Okay, so I saw this “bully b ufc” thing trending and figured, why not? I’m always up for trying something new, especially if it involves a bit of a workout. I mean, who doesn’t want to feel like a badass UFC fighter, even if it’s just in your living room?

First, I googled what exactly “bully b ufc” even was. Turns out, it’s not some super secret underground fight club. It is referring to the fight of “Belal Muhammad vs. Gilbert Burns”. So, I started this journey.
Watching the Fight
I have watched lots of videos about it.I quickly realized a few things:
- I found lots of videos on YouTube and watched them.
- I chose some up-to-date video to know the whole thing.
- Then I have made my decision to continue.
After that, I try to imitate some actions about them. You know, basic stuff.
Then it was time to get a little more intense. So I really to feel every step.
My Feeling
Honestly, after just a few minutes of trying to copy those actions, I was sweating. It’s way harder than it looks. These guys are machines! I definitely felt a good burn, though. It’s a pretty intense workout, even if you’re just flailing around your living room.

So, did I become a UFC fighter overnight? Nope. Did I have fun and get a decent workout? Absolutely. Would I do it again? Probably, yeah. It’s a fun way to mix things up and pretend you’re tougher than you actually are. Plus, it’s a great way to relieve some stress. Just make sure you have enough space and don’t accidentally punch a wall (or a pet!).
